By purchasing a ticket for Detonate and/or entering the event, the visitor confirms that they have read and agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1. Tickets

1.1. Entry to Detonate is only possible with a valid ticket.

1.2. A ticket is valid only for the date and event for which it was issued.

1.3. Tickets may not be copied, forged or reproduced in any way.

1.4. Each ticket can only be scanned once. In the event of multiple attempts to enter with the same ticket, only the first valid scan will be accepted.

1.5. The organiser is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged tickets.

1.6. Tickets should preferably be purchased only through the official ticket sales channels. The organiser is not responsible for tickets obtained through unofficial channels.

2. Age & Identification

2.1. Detonate is a 16+ event.

2.2. Visitors must be able to present a valid and original form of identification upon request.

2.3. Photos, copies or other images of identification documents may be refused.

2.4. Visitors who cannot demonstrate that they are at least 16 years old may be refused entry.

2.5. If entry is refused because the visitor does not meet the age or identification requirements, there will be no entitlement to a refund, to the extent permitted by law.

3. Entry & Security Checks

3.1. Every visitor may be subject to a security check upon entry.

3.2. Visitors must follow instructions from security personnel, the organiser and venue staff.

3.3. The organiser reserves the right to refuse entry to or remove visitors who behave aggressively, threateningly, discriminatorily, intimidatingly or otherwise inappropriately.

3.4. Visitors who are removed from the event due to a violation of the house rules or these Terms & Conditions are not entitled to a refund, to the extent permitted by law.

4. Prohibited Items

The following items are not permitted inside the event:

  • Weapons or objects that may be used as weapons;

  • Drugs or other illegal substances;

  • Fireworks, flares or other pyrotechnic materials;

  • Glassware or glass bottles;

  • Laser pointers;

  • Large umbrellas;

  • Professional photography, video or recording equipment without prior permission;

  • Any other item considered dangerous or inappropriate by the organiser or security personnel.

4.1. Prohibited items may be confiscated to the extent permitted by law.

5. Drugs & Illegal Substances

5.1. The possession, use, sale or distribution of illegal drugs or other prohibited substances is strictly forbidden.

5.2. Anyone found in possession of prohibited substances may be removed from the event and, where necessary, the police may be contacted.

6. Conduct

6.1. Visitors must treat other visitors, artists, staff, security personnel and the venue with respect.

6.2. Violence, threats, intimidation, discrimination, sexual harassment, vandalism, theft and other inappropriate or abusive behaviour are strictly prohibited.

6.3. Climbing onto stages, fences, structures or other objects not intended for this purpose is prohibited.

6.4. Failure to follow instructions from security or the organiser may result in removal from the event.

7. Line-up & Programme

7.1. The organiser will make every reasonable effort to deliver the announced line-up and timetable.

7.2. The organiser may be required to change artists, set times or other parts of the programme.

7.3. The cancellation, replacement or change of one or more artists does not automatically entitle the ticket holder to a refund.

8. Cancellation & Changes to the Event

8.1. If Detonate is cancelled by the organiser, ticket holders will be informed as soon as reasonably possible about the further arrangements.

8.2. In the event of cancellation, any refunds will be handled in accordance with applicable Dutch law and regulations.

8.3. If the event is moved to another date, the organiser will inform ticket holders as soon as reasonably possible.

8.4. In circumstances beyond the reasonable control of the organiser, the event may be changed, postponed or cancelled in accordance with applicable Dutch law and regulations.

9. Ticket Resale

9.1. Tickets may only be resold where this is permitted through the official ticket platform or by the organiser.

9.2. The organiser may invalidate tickets that have been fraudulently obtained or resold in violation of the applicable terms, to the extent permitted by law.

10. Photography, Video & Audio Recording

10.1. Photography, video and audio recordings may be made during Detonate.

10.2. By attending the event, visitors acknowledge that they may be recognisable in photographs, videos or other recordings.

10.3. Such material may be used by the organiser for promotional, commercial, publicity and social media purposes, within the limits of applicable law.

10.4. Professional photography, video or recording equipment is only permitted with prior approval from the organiser.

11. Sound & Special Effects

11.1. Music will be played at a high volume during Detonate.

11.2. The event may include strobe lights, lasers, smoke, CO₂, lighting effects and other special effects.

11.3. Visitors are advised to use appropriate hearing protection.

11.4. Visitors who are sensitive to loud sounds, flashing lights or other special effects should take this into consideration before and during the event.

12. Personal Belongings

12.1. Visitors are responsible for their own personal belongings.

12.2. The organiser and/or venue are not liable for loss, theft or damage to personal belongings, except where such liability cannot legally be excluded.

12.3. Visitors are advised not to bring unnecessary valuables to the event.

13. Liability

13.1. Attendance at Detonate is at the visitor’s own risk, to the extent permitted by law.

13.2. The organiser is not liable for damage, injury, loss or theft, except where such liability cannot legally be excluded or limited.

13.3. Visitors are responsible for taking into account the conditions of the event, including crowds, loud music, lighting and sound effects, and their own physical condition.

14. Venue House Rules

14.1. In addition to these Terms & Conditions, the house rules of the event venue may apply.

14.2. Visitors must comply with these house rules and with reasonable instructions from venue staff, the organiser and security personnel.

14.3. In the event of a conflict between these Terms & Conditions and mandatory legal provisions, the applicable legal provisions shall prevail.

15. Personal Data

15.1. Personal data collected through ticket sales, registration or other activities related to Detonate will be processed in accordance with applicable privacy legislation.

15.2. Additional provisions may apply as set out in the privacy policy of Digital Corruption Records and/or the ticketing platform used.

16. Complaints

16.1. Complaints concerning the event should be reported to the organiser as soon as reasonably possible.

16.2. The organiser will handle complaints with due care.

17. Changes to the Terms & Conditions

17.1. Digital Corruption Records reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions where reasonably necessary, for example due to changes in legislation, safety requirements or organisational circumstances.

17.2. Any changes will not affect the statutory rights of visitors.

18. Acceptance

By purchasing a ticket for Detonate and/or entering the event, the visitor confirms that they:

  • have read these Terms & Conditions;

  • agree to these Terms & Conditions;

  • agree to comply with the house rules of the venue;

  • agree to follow instructions from the organiser, security personnel and venue staff.

By purchasing a ticket, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
